• Creative Support: Design support to enable capacity, capabilities, and effectiveness of the design team. • Contributes to the advancement of the design competency within the Creative workgroup: • Crafts compelling visuals that drive brand engagement, • Produces sketches in support of assigned projects, • Offers feedback and shares ideas with other designers and creative team members, and • Consistently delivers high-quality output with meticulous attention to detail-on time, on budget, and on strategy. • Provides overflow support to other members of the design team to aid in the successful completion of work to meet project deadlines. • Project Accountability • Supports continuous improvement efforts and compliance with design best practices, ensuring work adheres to brand principles and Gallo Creative's high-quality standards. • Experience working as part of a multi-functional marketing communications team to develop design output.
