Designer Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and create visual designs for print, digital, and multimedia projects based on client needs and branding guidelines. Designer Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field - 1+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related discipline (specific experience may vary depending on the role) - Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Familiarity with design tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc) - A proactive, creative and adaptable attitude - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments We work on direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire opportunities with companies primarily located in the Chicago and Chicagoland area.
