Designer

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our in-house agency, Seed Creative + Design. This individual will contribute to exceptional creative work across a wide range of marketing and advertising projects, supporting our portfolio of iconic brands. Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires. Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role: • Proficient in animation software, especially Adobe After Effects • Video storyboarding experience • Experienced in environmental design and spatial branding • Background in consumer-packaged goods • Category experience in food, beverage, or pet • Familiarity with developing retailer-specific creative • Skilled in applying corporate brand standards to internal and external communications
