Designer

We are looking for a Designer at our Portland, Oregon agency. • Concept campaign-level experiences and see the work through from ideation to execution • Conceptualize and create digital, social, and interactive experiences for use across a variety of brand campaigns • Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. • Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Qualifications • 5+ years of digital design experience across various disciplines (brand, interactive, etc) • 3+ years of creative agency experience working on projects for big brands with passionate consumers • Ability to make the complex simple with strong digital design chops and original artistic style • Growing ability to present design concepts to stakeholders, sell them on the vision, and incorporate feedback effectively. • Understand that consumers' time is limited and platform constraints are always a concern, and you build your concepts accordingly.
