Designer

Brale’s focus is on creating technology that makes DeFi usable in the real world for the next billion users. We believe that creating a bridge between CeFi and DeFi through accessible stablecoin technology will accelerate markets and opportunities globally. We’re looking for an experienced designer to help craft and communicate the Brale story. As a key member of our design team, you'll drive creative strategy and execution across a range of mediums, helping evolve Brale into one of the most trusted, recognizable, and influential brands in stablecoins. Qualifications • Expertise in visual, brand, web, and/or product design • Experience driving major branding initiatives, from concept through execution, including positioning, identity development, and cross-channel implementation • Thoughtful communicator who can advocate for design while balancing user, brand, and business needs • Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI design tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to feedback and changing directions • Willingness and ability to adapt and contribute across various design disciplines • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
