What We Are Looking For Designers at Overland Partners are fully integrated into project teams and are scheduled for a variety of tasks ranging from conceptual design through construction administration. The ideal designer will have a commitment to excellent design, a strong collaborative attitude, problem-solving skills, and be able to balance multiple projects at once from concept through construction. • Prepare 2D and 3D presentations and design drawings and build models for client and project team review. • Strong ability to communicate design concepts verbally and visually. • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing
