Designer

The Role As our first full-time designer, you will lead the design of intuitive, user-centric product interfaces, while also shaping our website, marketing, and sales assets. What You'll Do Product design • Lead end-to-end product design for our product • Be a thought partner on product strategy, helping prioritize features and improve UX • Conduct user research and turn insights into actionable design improvements • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and design system across platforms • Collaborate with engineers to implement high-quality user interfaces What We're Looking For Must-Have Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in product, UI/UX, or visual design (startup or high-growth environment preferred) • Strong portfolio showcasing both digital product and visual design work • Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools), with an eye for detail and usability • Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills • Comfortable working independently and driving projects from concept to execution • Self-starter mindset; excited to build systems and standards from the ground up • Willing to travel to talk to customers • Based in North America • US citizen or permanent resident Nice-to-Have Qualifications • Experience designing for industrial, security, or enterprise software products • Front-end implementation skills (React, HTML, CSS) • Motion design or brand animation capabilities Why Realm?
