Designer

Kinetic Design + Development is looking for a Designer to join the Krew. If you’re an experienced architectural designer who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of the process, this role is for you. As a Designer at Kinetic, you’ll take on a leadership role in the design and production of architectural projects—balancing creative vision with technical precision. You’ll work alongside project managers, account managers, and clients to develop design concepts, prepare detailed construction documents, and bring innovative ideas to life. What You’ll Bring • Degree from a NAAB-accredited architecture program • Typically 6+ years of professional design experience • Advanced understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and construction methods • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and rendering tools • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Experience producing complex construction drawings, building details, and code compliance documentation • Ability to develop schematic and DD-level presentations • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills • Proven ability to mentor junior team members and work autonomously • A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
