Designer

Design projects include some or all of the following: brand identity, packaging extension, point-of-sale, digital, social, ecommerce, collateral, photo/video, and other creative assignments. Core accountabilities of this position: - Design Assignments: Development of innovative, on-target design solutions across assigned projects. - Contributes to the advancement of the design competency within the Creative workgroup: - Crafts compelling visuals that drive brand engagement, • Produces sketches in support of assigned projects, - Offers feedback and shares ideas with other designers and creative team members, and - Consistently delivers high-quality output with meticulous attention to detail—on time, on budget, and on strategy. - Project Accountability - Supports continuous improvement efforts and compliance with design best practices, ensuring work adheres to brand principles and Gallo Creative’s high-quality standards. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.
