Designer

The Designer will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of printed and woven rugs, as well as seasonal doormats and accent rugs, under the guidance of the Design Director. This role will be relied upon to effectively collaborate with the sales and product development teams and assist with managing the product design development process with our global network of suppliers in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines and priorities. What you’re good at: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Solid digital design skills with a keen eye for color, composition, pattern, and scale Strong awareness of current design trends Ability to take direction and work collaboratively within a team environment Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and team projects to meet tight deadlines Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Adaptable, reliable, and self-motivated to work independently Demonstrates enthusiasm, flexibility, and a genuine desire to learn Natco is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to an inclusive workplace.
