Designer

Essential Responsibilities: • Design fiber optic and copper OSP networks for projects such as FTTH deployments and commercial developments • Work with power company and design power route and one-line schematics • Manage growth and sustainment of existing networks, including relocations and infrastructure changes • Perform quality control, field checks, and interpret OSP records • Create system designs, BOMs, and provide construction quotes • Conduct site walks for data collection and collaborating with cross-functional teams • Ability to adapt within a dynamic work environment This role will begin as a remote (work-from-home) position and will transition to a full-time, in-office role based in Florence once the new location is operational.
