Designer - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD

Design attention-catching static creative across full-funnel media, including custom digital display, OOH, and human centered experiential brand moments that support key marketing and brand priorities.Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications to communicate user flows, interaction patterns, and motion behaviors to stakeholders and engineering teams.Design responsive interfaces and ensure consistent experience across devices and screen sizes; provide responsive CSS/HTML patterns and guidance to developers.Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, and engineers to translate user research and business goals into actionable design solutions and prioritized features.Develop motion graphics and animated transitions (After Effects, CSS/JS) to enhance interaction and micro-interaction design.Prepare production-ready assets for web and print, including icons, illustrations, layouts, and style guides; oversee print production when required.Maintain and document design systems, component libraries, and pattern libraries to speed development and ensure visual consistency (using Figma, Sketch, or similar).Contribute to information architecture, content strategy, and usability testing; iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.Use version control (GIT) and collaborate on handoff workflows with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Perform design QA and accessibility checks to ensure final deliverables meet quality, performance, and accessibility standards.Qualifications A diverse portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design thinking, a clear creative process, and well-executed visual solutions Self-starter with the passion, ability, and creative energy to work in a fast-paced environment Acute attention to detail and the ability to provide effective design solutions Ability to present ideas clearly, thoughtfully and enthusiastically Ability to successfully manage time, workflow, and schedule In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
