Our designers work directly with our Partners and Senior Associates, and are a part of a team responsible for assisting in the strategic planning, development, and delivery of creative and comprehensive graphics, wayfinding and signage programs and exhibits. The roles require a strong combination of strategic design thinking, project management, and hands-on experience. The ideal candidates should have experience in all phases of graphics and signage design, and architectural experience or background is a plus. Key Responsibilities: • With the Design Team, develop and implement graphics and wayfinding and signage presentations and strategies for a range of project types • Prepare and organize presentations, bid documents, and other materials as needed. • Stakeholder Management and Coordination: Experience in working with architects and multi-faceted design teams • Attention to Detail and Quality Assurance: Committed to excellence, with a sharp eye for detail in both planning and execution.
