Architectural Design Assistant (Sherman Oaks) We are currently looking for an Architectural Design Assistant for a design firm in Sherman Oaks, CA. The ideal candidate MUST have strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas, and have experience and knowledge on how to create 3D Model/Renderings. Individual must be creative, quick learner, highly organized and work well under pressure. The Architectural Design Assistant will collaborate directly with principal designer to drive client’s projects from concept through construction. \\- Must have knowledge of local zoning codes \\- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, be punctual and detail oriented \\- Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
