We are looking for a Designer to join our Brand team. At BetterUp we know transformation isn’t something you wait for. As a Designer on our Brand team, you will build creative that supports our marketing strategy and content/narrative, ultimately positioning BetterUp as a strategic partner for growth and the Human Transformation Management (HTM) category as essential for sustained peak performance. • Lead the creative design work of our social channels, in partnership with Brand Content. • Ability to work with brand leadership and marketing leadership and direct team, as well as cross-functional partners to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
