Designer - Brand Studio

We’re currently looking to add a Designer to our Brand Studio with 4-8 years of experience. A portfolio, previous design experience at a design firm or agency, and experience creating brand identity systems are a must.

We're looking for someone who has great design sensibilities, range, and constantly wants to make them stronger. We’re looking for someone who can do both the conceptual and the tactical, the artistic and the technical, and the tangible and the digital. We’re looking for someone who values the entire design process– strategy, exploration, collaboration, refinement, execution, and implementation. We’re looking for someone who loves to work to get to great design and takes pride in it.

You’ll work on a range of project types in a bunch of different mediums. You’ll create logos, identity systems, collateral, signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, packaging, stationery, menus, apparel, websites, help shape interiors, spaces, and more. You’ll work on restaurants and bars, retail, fitness and wellness, social and entertainment venues, multi-family developments, universities, big brands, startups, and whatever else comes our way. You’ll work directly with your own clients, manage your own projects, collaborate on others, and get your hands on all aspects of them. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with architects, interior designers, copywriters, web developers, illustrators, photographers, artists, and lots of different types of production partners to make things happen and create holistic brand experiences.

Must-Haves

A portfolio of relevant work Resume or CV Professional experience in brand and identity design 4-8 years of professional experience in a design studio, advertising agency, or other professional design environment Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite. Especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong conceptual & strategic design thinking Strong self-motivation Highly adaptable and flexible Very collaborative and team-conscious Comfortable presenting your own work to clients Comfortable managing your own projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Access to self-transportation

Great-To-Haves

Skilled in Figma Production experience with printed and other collateral materials Website design and build experience

Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year. Negotiable based on experience.
