Designer (Color)

Collaborates with design, product marketing and development/material consultant to focus color solutions for market success. Color Solutions - Creates and executes innovative, retailable color solutions for category or gender-specific line. Together with Color Design Director, Sr. Color Designer or Color Designer II, creates seasonal category-specific direction of color, materials and graphics that reflect design philosophy, product performance, and appeal to targeted consumers. Understands color, design, market and lifestyle trends that influence and impact category and applies knowledge as appropriate. Presentations & Communication - Presents and communicates category specific color direction and color merchandising direction of the seasonal line to appropriate groups as needed.
