Job OverviewA Designer at Colle McVoy is responsible for creating and executing effective, innovative ideas for our clients, across all mediums. This includes ideation, concepts, and layout design for all integrated brand identity elements and detailed experiences. A Designer at Colle McVoy must thrive in an energetic environment with like‑minded peers and excel at building internal relationships across departments.ResponsibilitiesDevelop concepts and collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to produce standout workAssist with monitoring all assigned projects and follow through on all phases of productionPresent work to internal teams and clientsPush past good ideas to discover great onesPossess a solid foundation of design and typographic skills, applicable to an indie band poster or a corporate annual reportPresent ideas clearly and with conviction to sell them internally and externallyRequired SkillsPossess a variety of design skills, including an understanding of printing processes, photography, illustration, and typographyHighly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite of applications, primarily Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environmentHighly organized and proactive in managing priorities, timelines, and deliverablesExperience with Sketch Up or desire to learnQualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field and/or ad school credentials or equivalent industry experienceTwo or more years of agency or relevant experienceAbility to travel as neededAt the time of posting, the base salary for this position ranges from $52,000 to $70,000. Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
