Designer - Creative Services

Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to execute visual solutions across print • and digital media • Develop and execute creative concepts into visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: • * Digital advertisements (banners, social media posts, website graphics) • Print collateral (brochures, menus, flyers, posters, signage, packaging) • Marketing templates and collateral • Presentations and reports • Ensure all designs adhere to the appropriate brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms • Partner with external vendors and production teams to execute designs • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, partner with project management team to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively • Stay abreast of current design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and contribute innovative ideas • Ensure all designs are accurate, error-free, and meet the highest quality standards before delivery • Other job duties as assigned Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer within a high-volume commercial, hospitality, or agency environment • A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual communication • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment • Understanding of printing processes and file preparation for print production • Must be at least 21 years of age Preferred Qualifications • 3D design experience (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar) • Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Keynote) • Illustration skills (traditional and/or digital) Additional Information
