Pixami is looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to assist customers in our online school yearbook software business. The CSR role will be primarily responsible for assisting customers with questions on configuration and use of Pixami’s yearbook software, via e-mail, phone, and online meetings. Training will be provided, and there is advancement opportunity for the right candidate. This is a full-time salaried position, with the opportunity to work remote from anywhere in the US. Responsibilities: \\- Respond to inbound customer service inquiries via e-mail, phone, online meetings, and chat \\- Assist with software configuration via e-mail, phone, online meetings, and chat \\- Identify and implement tools and processes to streamline and improve the support process \\- Develop and document standard replies to common support issues \\- Assist in development and management of user documentation \\- Identify and recommend software enhancements based on user feedback Experience: \\- Minimum 3 years customer support desk experience required, ideally with an Internet or software company \\- Familiarity with the online photo and yearbook space \\- Some work experience in e-commerce, consumer software, print production, or design \\- Experience in the school yearbook industry a major plus!
