This role works closely with senior designers and cross‑functional partners to bring campaigns and initiatives to life through thoughtful, effective visual design.The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow—bringing strong design fundamentals and a curiosity to learn and develop within a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.Core Responsibilities Visual Design & ExecutionDesign and produce creative assets across print, digital, and in‑store channels—including menus, signage, marketing collateral, social media, and web graphicsExecute design work based on established brand guidelines and creative directionApply strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and compositionEnsure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and production standardsCampaign & Asset SupportSupport the development of marketing campaigns and promotions through visual designAdapt existing creative across multiple formats and channelsAssist in preparing design files for print and digital productionCross‑Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Marketing, Operations, and brand teams to support creative needsWork closely with senior designers to refine concepts and execute final deliverablesIncorporate feedback effectively and iterate on designsProduction & Asset ManagementPrepare print‑ready and digital‑ready files according to specificationsOrganize and maintain design files and assetsEnsure consistency and accuracy across all outputsYou’ll Succeed at This Job If YouDeliver polished, on‑brand creative with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchyThrive in fast‑paced environments while managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines effectivelyCreate and adapt high‑quality assets across print, digital, social media, signage, and in‑store formats using Adobe Creative SuiteCollaborate professionally by incorporating feedback, supporting team needs proactively, and preparing accurate production‑ready files for print and digital channelsQualifications RequiredBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience1–3 years of professional design experience (internships included)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Strong portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills across print and digitalUnderstanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchyAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnCollaborative mindset and openness to feedbackPreferredExperience in restaurant, retail, or consumer brand environmentsFamiliarity with digital and social media asset creationExposure to environmental or in‑store design (signage, menus, décor)Basic knowledge of print production and file preparationTotal RewardsGenerous paid time offHealth insuranceHealthcare spending account (HAS)Retirement benefits or accountsGym memberships or discountsGOSH is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities in the application process and throughout employment, as required by applicable law.
