The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong visual portfolio spanning personal projects and professional-level work that reflects an ability to conceptualize stylish, elevated ideas. • Work within brand guidelines to produce and/or version various design templates • Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with the design team and department leadership • Iterate fast, and work in a collaborative fashion with the design and marketing teams • Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms • Produce and deliver compelling presentations of concepts and design work that support creative decisions with marketing-focused rationale and insight • Engage in brainstorming sessions and constructive design critiques • Foster strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional partners • Be trend forward and bring new digital tools/thinking/technology to further improve creative touch points • Ability to independently drive multiple projects at a time, meet tight deadlines, and to make fast edits and revisions based on feedback from stakeholders Minimum Qualifications • Experience: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably at an agency or in-house at a brand (fashion, retail and/or consumer goods experience preferred). Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon various factors, including an individual’s skills, experience and qualifications and the geographic location of the job. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at the top end of the pay range.
