Job Location: The ability to create visual solutions with a strong design aesthetic in layout and typography for both our offline and online paid and owned channels, including website, display, social, app and email marketing is essential. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong visual portfolio spanning personal projects and professional-level work that reflects an ability to conceptualize stylish, elevated ideas. An online portfolio of work is required. • Work within brand guidelines to produce and/or version various design templates • Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with the design team and department leadership • Iterate fast, and work in a collaborative fashion with the design and marketing teams • Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms • Produce and deliver compelling presentations of concepts and design work that support creative decisions with marketing-focused rationale and insight • Engage in brainstorming sessions and constructive design critiques • Foster strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional partners • Be trend forward and bring new digital tools/thinking/technology to further improve creative touch points • Ability to independently drive multiple projects at a time, meet tight deadlines, and to make fast edits and revisions based on feedback from stakeholders
