The Designer will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of printed and woven rugs, as well as seasonal doormats and accent rugs, under the guidance of the Design Director. This role will be relied upon to effectively collaborate with the sales and product development teams and assist with managing the product design development process with our global network of suppliers in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines and priorities.
