Designer, Graphic (Paisly)

Position Summary: The Paisly team is searching for a Graphic Designer with a flair for clean bold design and a passion for typography and photography. • Source photography to be used on assets • Manage multiple projects and revisions while adhering to tight deadlines • Collaborate with Sr. Copywriter, Marketing, Tech, UX and other internal clients to ensure consistency of brand identity and that designs support the Paisly business goals • Create designs that are compatible with User Interface (UI) component library • Use UX heuristics to ensure that good UX principles are followed • Adopt new tools and technology to work efficiently alone and with others • Participate in agile workflow: grooming, planning, estimations and accountability • Conduct generative research for concepts and designs, and evaluative research on how designs perform • Assist with ad-hoc UX/UI design • Provide design solutions from concept to completion • Be a brand ambassador and ensure consistency and accuracy with use of branding • Other duties as assigned Crewmember Expectations: • Regular attendance and punctuality • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond at short notice • Able to maintain a professional appearance • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft • Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the Paisly culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and Fun • The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position Work Environment: • Traditional office environment
