About the roleAs a Graphic Designer Men's and International at Gap, you will partner closely with design and merchandising teams to create trend-relevant, commercially viable graphics that bring seasonal concepts to life. What you'll do Design on-trend apparel graphics that align with seasonal concepts and brand directionResearch and support identification of emerging graphic and cultural trends across digital and retail spacesTranslate seasonal direction into product-focused graphic executionsPartner with senior designers to support and communicate seasonal graphic directionDesign with awareness of merchant strategies, cost targets, and customer insightsTake ownership of assigned product categories, contributing to concept development and presentationsBuild and maintain presentation materials for milestone reviewsSupport innovation by exploring new graphic ideas, techniques, and applicationsPrepare and maintain production-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy and timelinessReview samples to ensure quality and accurate executionPresent work to cross-functional partners with clear design rationaleWho You Are Key Experience BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience preferred3–7 years of apparel graphics experienceUnderstanding of graphic production and application techniquesProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant tools (e.g., Miro, CLO)Strong illustration and hand-rendering skillsStrong time management, communication, and organizational skillsSolid sense of typography, layout, and visual composition Demonstrates awareness of current design and fashion trendsThrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and product-focused environmentOpen to feedback and committed to continuous growthBrings a proactive and curious mindsetSalary Range: $86,300.00 - $112,200.00 Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
