Designer I & Videographer

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications or similar field from an accredited college or university or directly related, equivalent experience. • 1+ years of experience in video shooting and editing, agency specific experience preferred... • 2+ years experience working in the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects • 1+ year of professional experience in social media content creation, campaign management, strategy and execution across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, while also possessing a nuanced understanding of platform-specific file requirements to optimize content performance. • 1+ year of professional experience in designing and executing digital content strategies for social media, including campaign planning and analytics review, while also understanding the nuances of social media platforms regarding content engagement, file sizes, and format specifications • Knowledge of how to create an effective story that both portrays the appropriate client goal for the video usage, as well as agency creative performance needs • Understanding of how to create an effective user journey • Extensive understanding of design principles, including color, typography, audio treatment and information hierarchy. • Knowledge of social advertising platforms and their specific file requirements • Knows when to be flexible and adjusts effectively to respond to changes. • Effectively communicates with other designers, Creative Team Lead and Creative Director when questions, concerns or clarifications need to be addressed • Communicate well with team members to reach the desired outcome • Excellent time management skills and an ability to organize and deliver projects on time with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail • Solution driven and contributes to inspiring new ways of thinking, using fresh and unique approaches to design problems • Local to Spokane-Coeur-d'Alene region, and able to be present for local video and photo shoots
