Designer II, Golf Footwear Color Design

You will work directly with the Golf Footwear Design Team, including Product, Graphic, and Material Designers, as well as Product Management and Development partners. We are looking for a Footwear Color Designer II to drive seasonal storytelling and product execution for the Global marketplace. Success in this role requires curiosity, clarity, and the ability to stay connected to the consumer while driving creative and commercial impact across multiple product lines. • Passion for storytelling with the ability to translate narratives onto physical product • Research skills: trends, and athlete insights • Ability to collaborate with other designers/Design Directors to create palettes • Passion for innovation and experimentation • Demonstrates a strong understanding of color theory and how to achieve desired color effects: materials, dyes, finishes and color achievability • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills; able to present ideas clearly and with impact.
