• Provide technical support for manufacturing and regularly review projects with the Quality Inspector and Production Supervisor to ensure design concepts and documentation meet production requirements. • Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and project status communication. • Adhere to company standards and industry best practices for drafting and design. • Ability to work independently or in a team. Variable Compensation Range: Incentive bonus eligibility up to 10% of gross annual salary base on company performance (as of 2024).
