Schedule work assignments while providing guidance, training and assistance to designers, checkers and drafters on small to medium size projects. Under the direction of the assigned Group Supervisor, manage a segment of a project. Strong CAD skills with experience in AutoCad, Microstation, or Revit with a willingness to learn the other platforms as required. Preferred Plant 3D and/or Aveva E3D Chemical/Refinery/Power/LNG background Strong supervision skills with the ability to mentor, lead, train and motivate employees to produce quality work. Ability to independently organize and prioritize work assignments.
