Design projects include some or all of the following: brand identity, packaging extension, point-of-sale, digital, social, ecommerce, collateral, photo/video, and other creative assignments. Core accountabilities of this position: Design Assignments: Development of innovative, on-target design solutions across assigned projects. Contributes to the advancement of the design competency within the Creative workgroup: Crafts compelling visuals that drive brand engagement, * Produces sketches in support of assigned projects, Offers feedback and shares ideas with other designers and creative team members, and Consistently delivers high-quality output with meticulous attention to detail-on time, on budget, and on strategy. * Provides overflow support to other members of the design team to aid in the successful completion of work to meet project deadlines. Ensuring files are prepared for production in a clear and organized manner.
