Designer (Outdoor Industry)

We are looking for a Designer to join our Portland, Oregon agency. Do you have a passion for creative design and a solid understanding of how brands in the outdoor industry connect with their consumer? As a Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual direction across a variety of assignments, ensuring creative excellence across all touchpoints. • Understand that consumers' time is limited and platform constraints are always a concern, and you build your concepts accordingly. Qualifications • 5+ years of digital design experience across various disciplines (brand, interactive, etc) • 3+ years of creative agency experience working on projects for big brands with passionate consumers • Ability to make the complex simple with strong digital design chops and original artistic style • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other creative tools.
