Serve as the creative guardian for Google Search, driving visual consistency and excellence across all media touchpoints.Lead the design strategy and execution for major product launches, campaigns, and physical events.Collaborate with and direct external partners, including design studios, filmmakers, and animators, to deliver premium creative assets.Develop foundational design systems, including visual identities for ephemeral events, campaign look-and-feels, guidelines, and templates.Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate product features into simple, iconic visuals.
