Designer, Sr.

The Sr. Designer develops innovative creative and communication deliverables, upholding the highest standards. This position serves as the primary designer on assigned projects, bringing original ideas to life while ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. Strong conceptual thinking, the ability to create print and digital projects from concept through completion and effective collaboration are essential for success. Responsibilities • Act as the primary designer to create original, high-quality concepts for assigned projects across various mediums, including print, digital, branding and environmental design • Manage projects from original concept through final production and pre-press layouts • Interpret project requests to develop clear, compelling design solutions for creative elements supporting large and complex travel and events programs • Collaborate closely with the creative director and creative project management team, who serve as the front line with internal and external clients • Work closely with Print Production Manager to ensure files are set up correctly for print • Ensure all designs consistently meet brand guidelines and production quality standards.
