Designer/Production Artist: Print Publishing

This fully-remote position is perfect for you if you have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, and one year of experience typesetting books or other long publications into layout. You’ll be a great fit on our all-remote team if you are a quick learner, agile, and good-humored. Fluent in InDesign, Photoshop, & IllustratorExperience following InDesign templates—using style sheets, parent pages, managing long documentsOrganization skills: highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectivelyExperience preparing files for print, including knowledge of industry best practices for print productionA creative eye and strong design skills, as well as the ability to “speak design” to nondesigners We are a team of publishing professionals, project managers, editors, designers, animators, sound engineers, illustrators, and writers.
