This role is hands-on—you’ll be designing daily, balancing creativity with precision, and contributing fresh perspectives to team brainstorms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Execution: Create compelling visuals for branding, campaigns, digital experiences, social content, and print collateral.Collaboration: Work alongside art directors, writers, and developers to deliver cohesive, multi-platform work.Production Support: Prepare files for digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and technical excellence.Brand Consistency: Apply established brand guidelines while finding opportunities to push design forward.Creative Contribution: Participate in brainstorms and concept development, contributing new ideas and perspectives.Project Ownership: Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.Growth Mindset: Stay current on design trends, tools, and cultural moments to keep work relevant and inspired.Qualifications3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across digital, social, and print; campaign work is a must.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); proficiency with Figma is a must.Understanding of branding, typography, layout, and digital design best practices.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.Motion, video editing, or 3D design experience is a plus, but not required.DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Design, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustries: Design Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
