In addition you'll be responsible for updating products on our 3 websites and some customer service responsibilities assisting customers on the phone and in person! • Create images for our catalogs and websites using Photoshop and a digital camera. • Update our 3 websites using Magento (experience preferred, but we are willing to train) • Speak with customers and serve as back up to our customer service department. • Work closely with our suppliers to keep pricing, copy and pictures updated • Must possess problem solving skills and be able to work independently • Should possess good computer skills and be ready to learn our ERP system with training • Qualifications: • 2+ years’ experience in graphic and catalog production required. • A mind for business is a must as you will be creating and managing the very things that generate almost all of our sales.
