Role Description

This is a full-time contract or partnership, remote role for a Developer and Designer. The Developer and Designer will be responsible for creating, developing, and optimizing websites, applications, and digital products. Daily tasks include designing user interfaces, writing clean and efficient code, testing and troubleshooting, and collaborating with Managing Director to bring creative ideas to life. The role also involves maintaining technical documentation and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule while meeting high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptSkills in UI/UX design, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Figma or SketchExperience with back-end development, including frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Ruby on RailsKnowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standardsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code effectivelyUnderstanding of version control systems such as GitAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectivelyFamiliarity with SEO, SEM principles and performance optimization is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
