Development and Communications Coordinator

This position is an integral role as we raise funds for the rebuilding of Camp Tuolumne, and we look forward to the re-opening of the Camp in two years. Friends of Berkeley Tuolumne Camp Development and Communications Coordinator In addition to supporting and maintaining systems that FOBTC uses to operate, this role is vital to leading our fundraising and engagement strategies with campers, former staff and the broader community, by creating events and opportunities for giving. Communications and Development • Plans and executes the annual marketing calendar • Designs printed and web-based collateral for events and fundraising appeals • Develops and publishes content across multiple platforms including but not limited to social media, web, and email • Develops and executes all digital fundraising strategies • Analyzes constituent data to help identify a donor pipeline • Assists the Executive Director with contacting current and new donors to set up meetings • Prepares materials for donor meetings and donor stewardship • Oversees the preparation for two annual mailings • Manages constituent records and fundraising reporting in Salesforce Volunteer Management • Develops a volunteer program to recruit, engage and retain new and current volunteers • Serves as a conduit between volunteers, board committees and projects • Promotes volunteer opportunities and needs of the organization
