We are seeking an experienced part-time Development Coordinator to manage our day-to-day operating needs as well as oversee and manage our two major fundraising events and any relevant smaller events. A successful candidate will be highly organized with the ability to implement systems, work effectively under pressure and/or deadlines, use independent judgement and produce quality work. An added benefit would be someone with Bay Area connections and community involvement with excellent networking skills that can bring more interest to CEID. Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Required: \\- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar field \\- At least 3 years' nonprofit work experience in a philantrophy or event planning setting \\- Strong organizational skills \\- Attention to detail \\- Ability to manage and integrate social media platforms Desired: \\- Graphic Design and website design knowledge \\- Experience working with print projects This is a part time position.
