Development Director for nonprofit - Art outreach for foster youth

We work to bring color, creativity and a sense of self-expression to underserved youth as a form of hope and healing. We are currently looking to add a Development Director to our team as we are in the midst of fundraising and marketing our current initiatives. You must be a strong writer and have some knowledge about nonprofit fiscal development. We are primarily looking for a fundraising aficionado, but someone that has experience in art / music, youth outreach, graphic design, and non-profit management is absolutely an added perk. Hours can vary during the week depending on needs and tasks for that week, so this position is best poised for people who are looking for extra work, or have the opportunity to work with us until the position grows along with the organization.
