This in-person position is based in our Portland office and includes an annual bank of remote work days. Qualifications • At least five years of proven experience as a web designer, graphic designer, digital marketer or a similar role • A portfolio of web design, graphic design and digital marketing projects that demonstrate experience and creativity • Proficiency in SquareSpace, HTML, CSS and other relevant web technologies • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design tools • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp and other digital marketing platforms • Familiarity with Microsoft suite of tools, most notably PowerPoint • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email, social media, and analytics, using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp and other platforms • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail, accuracy and quality • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and manage multiple projects and deadlines • A minimum undergraduate degree
