Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWhat you’ll doThe digital and motion graphics designer will work closely with our design team to create visually compelling marketing materials that align with our clients' brand identities and marketing strategies.Outputs:Design UX/UI-optimized webpages and emails that adhere to component-based strategy, web accessibility standards and ensure a seamless experience across devices and platformsDesign digital banners ads (i.e. HTML5, GIF, JPG) to fit placement specificationsProduce attention-grabbing multimedia assets for social media postsCreate and edit motion graphicsEdit and manipulate existing, raw video footageProcess:Collaborate with internal team to understand needs, conceptualize ideas and provide constructive feedbackParticipate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutionsEnsure final products align with the needs of the client and is delivered on time, on budgetMaintain an organized library of files for in-progress jobs, completed assignments and related assetsMaintain Adobe Creative Suite software skills needed to fulfill design responsibilitiesOther design, layout, animation and illustration duties as requiredWhat you’ll bring to the roleBachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, web design or similar5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing agency environmentProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Lucidchart/Lucidspark and all Microsoft Office softwares (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Functional understanding of branding, typography, color theory, user-centered design principles and information architectureBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design principlesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedbackWhat you’ll love about usOur company specializes in supply chain, automation, robotics and transportation – stable, growing industries that play a fundamental role in powering our everyday lives, economy and world.We offer employees great benefits, including fully paid medical and dental insurance, 4 weeks paid time off and 401K matching.Our team operates on a hybrid in-office/remote basis.Powered by JazzHRs1DE472UXU
