Print and Digital Graphic Designer is a part of the Marketing and Strategic Media team and is responsible for designing engaging visual content that supports our mission and enhances the visibility of our programs across digital and print platforms.RESPONSIBILITIES Conceptualizes, designs and produces contemporary, professional publications and presentations, using Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat, and PowerPoint.Performs a wide range of print and digital assignments, including brochures, training manuals, presentations, social media graphics, and web graphicsContributes ideas and recommendations regarding many aspects of publication production including but not limited to visual displays and publication designEnsures brand consistency across all designs and platforms in alignment with Quick Start standards.Collaborate with internal departments to develop visual assets for various initiatives, campaigns, events, and public communications.Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors as needed.Maintain and organize a library of visual and editorial assets and templates.Provide creative support for website and newsletter content.Adapt designs to be accessible and inclusive, adhering to ADA compliance and best practices for public-facing materials.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Associates degree in a related field and 2 years of professional experience in graphic designPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.· 4 years of professional experience in graphic design· Experience designing for government or nonprofit organizations.· Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG/Section 508).· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and digital publishing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress, etc. It shall be a condition of employment to submit to a background investigation.
