Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, this role will bridge brand, creative, e-commerce, and growth — ensuring every digital touchpoint is visually elevated, strategically aligned, and optimized for performance. Own the visual direction across all digital consumer touchpoints including website, paid media, email, SMS, and digital campaigns.Ensure all digital assets maintain a cohesive brand identity while supporting business objectives.Partner with Brand Creative to translate campaign concepts into digital-first experiences.Elevate existing digital creative systems, templates, and workflows. 5+ years experience in digital art direction, digital design, e-commerce creative, or growth creative.Experience at a premium beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brand preferred.Strong understanding of paid social, DTC, conversion creative, and digital consumer behavior.Ability to balance taste, storytelling, and performance.Strong eye for typography, layout, photography, editing, and emerging digital trends.Experience partnering cross-functionally with growth, e-commerce, creative, and marketing teams. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
