You will own the digital creative output for Evelyn & Bobbie. Own and elevate the digital creative vision across email, performance marketing, social (paid & organic) social, and the ecommerce storefront.Design and direct world-class email campaigns from full-funnel flows to one-off promotional sends with a deep understanding of mobile-first layouts, hierarchy, and conversion.Conceive and produce high-performing paid media creative for Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels, with an instinct for what stops the scroll and drives action.Direct and execute web design updates, landing pages, and new feature mocks for our Shopify storefront in partnership with development.Stay ahead of platform trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram, and translate that knowledge into creative that feels native and timely.Performance Partnership & Creative Iteration Partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and Site Marketing Manager on creative testing ideas.Stay genuinely curious about performance results: you don’t own the reporting, but you actively engage with outcomes, ask questions, and bring that learning back into your creative decisions.Show up to performance conversations with ideas, not just executions. Who You Are: 7–10 years of digital design experience, with at least 3–4 years operating at a senior or art director level, ideally within DTC, fashion, or lifestyle brands.An expert-level portfolio of email design that demonstrates both aesthetic sophistication and conversion-minded thinking.Deep, hands-on experience with paid social creative — you know what works on TikTok and Meta, and you can build it.Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; video editing skills (Premiere Pro or equivalent) are a strong plus.Analytically curious: you don’t own the data, but you actively engage with performance results from the Lifecycle and Site Marketing Managers and use those conversations to sharpen your creative thinking.A proactive, self-directed operator who sets their own agenda and holds themselves accountable without needing a manager to drive the process.Collaborative and communicative — you thrive in small teams, share work early, and welcome feedback.Genuinely passionate about building brands that show up beautifully and perform commercially.Mobile-first design thinking is second nature; omnichannel awareness is a givenNice to Have
