Bad Dragon is a modern production, design, and fulfillment facility based in Phoenix, AZ that specializes in the manufacturing and online selling of adult products. • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design (preferred but not required) • 1-year minimum of professional experience as an in-house graphic designer or production artist within a marketing or creative environment • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite experience with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom • Demonstrated application of design principles in portfolio Required • Understanding of fundamental design disciplines and principles such as typography, photography, and layout • Knowledge of digital marketing principles • Strong self-organization and time management skills for high-volume projects • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Suite) • Strong self-organization and time management skills for high-volume projects • Ability to stay focused and be accurate while keeping to tight schedules and performing repetitive actions • Ability to follow established guidelines, focusing on detail, to complete tasks attentively and accurately We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits for candidates who qualify.
