Location: San Francisco (hybrid) We’re looking for a hands‐on Brand Designer who will spend roughly 60‐70 % of their time driving brand, creative, and marketing design and 30‐40 % shaping our digital product experience. We're not looking for brand generalists providing high-level, consulting-style advice instead of being deep in the weeds with landing pages etc. • Concept, art-direct, and produce world-class marketing assets (storyboards, motion studies, final creatives) that inspire • Work collaboratively with product & engineering teams • Build and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma – components, patterns, documentation – that scales gracefully as we grow • Provide data-driven performance insights • 8+ years of experience designing exceptional and varied craft • Exceptional portfolio with clear breadth of experience • 3+ years of experience in digital design (must have a wide range, e.g., rebrands, web visual design systems, email marketing design, motion vs static assets) • Healthcare-related and/or consumer service/product (not B2B) experience preferred • Sharp eye for design and ability to craft a clean, modern, and tasteful design aesthetic • Ability to work with ambiguity and drive 0 –> 1 (start-up experience ideal but Big Tech may be a fit if they can prove their bias for action) • Strong communication and ability to explain design rationale
