Mid-Level Graphic Designer

Hybrid Opportunity | 5 week-Temporary Assignment with Potential Extension

Location: San Rafael, CA

Pay Rate: $35 to $38 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, onsite two days per week

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to support a growing marketing and creative team. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work two days per week. The initial assignment is expected to last approximately five weeks, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

What You Will Be Doing

Create engaging social media graphics and digital marketing assetsDesign and update email campaigns and promotional materialsAssist with website revisions and digital content updatesSupport creative projects across multiple digital platformsEnsure all creative work aligns with brand standards and marketing goalsCollaborate with internal teams on campaign concepts and messagingManage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Skills And Requirements

4–6 years of graphic design experience preferredStrong portfolio showcasing digital, social media, email, and web design workProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere ProStrong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytellingExperience creating assets for social media, ecommerce, and email marketing campaignsAbility to manage changing priorities and collaborate cross-functionallyPhotography and photo retouching experience is a plusBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
