The Specialist will have proficiency in writing, editing and graphic design, and in use of industry-standard digital communications technology. **Communications Department** Communications supports Clackamas ESD’s role as a convener for education leaders and partners in Clackamas County. ** * Partnering with the strategic communications director and others, develop and implement effective digital strategies, tactics and tools to advance the CESD mission * Manage content and outreach for CESD’s digital properties, including website and social media platforms * Manage digital communications content and outreach to multiple audiences with additional tools that include internal and external newsletters * Partner with human resources and individual department colleagues to develop innovative digital recruitment strategies * Collaborate on planning, executing and promoting major CESD activities and events, including the annual regional Teacher of the Year competition and the annual CESD regional art show * For complete list of essential functions, see job description Clackamas Education Service District is one of Oregon's 19 ESDs charged with providing programs for children with special needs, technology support, school improvement, and administrative services to local school districts and the Oregon Department of Education.
